Refund Policy
No Refunds or Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our sourcing process and the exclusivity of the timepieces we provide.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or significantly differs from the agreed-upon specifications, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. All claims must include:
• A detailed description of the issue
• Photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy
• The original packaging and shipping label
Each case will be reviewed individually, and if approved, we will offer either a replacement, repair, or partial credit at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their value and personalized handling, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Watches sold through private sourcing or request
• Timepieces with custom modifications
• Items that show signs of wear or tampering
• Products returned without prior written approval
